"took my graco airless and my power washer in for a simple oil change. explained i did not want or need a diagnostic due to the graco being in storage for so long that the gas was probably bad. even called back after dropping off. 3 weeks later i get a call that they want to replace the carbs on both. red flag...cause i just used my pressure washer two weeks ago and it ran fine. told them do not touch my carbs. his reply, we dont make money on oil changes. well thats all that i needed, im not here to support you. 84 dollars for something i didnt ask for. threatened to take 8000 dollars worth of my equipment if i didnt pay for something i didnt ask for. THEY DIDNT EVEN CHANGE THE OIL!!! taking them to court."
"These guys are con artists. I took them 5 pieces of equipment and paid the freight to have them diagnosed. I was told 2 weeks to have diagnoses back and it took them 6 weeks. The only thing wrong with my spray rigs when I took them in were mechanical issues I was experiencing during use. The newest spray rig that I took them has obvious physical damage to the frame and piston valve that was not there when I brought it to them. Note that this particular rig had never even been serviced prior to taking it to trs and only used twice. They also took good parts off of it and sent me home with a box full of parts that weren't the ones that came off of my spray rig. I took the equipment to them completely put together and recieved it back in a box full of parts. Lastly they only diagnosed 2 pieces and were paid to check all 5. You can do yourself a huge favor and avoid this place like the plague. I will definitely be having my attorney go after them for compensation of the damage done to my spray rigs and the outright thievery."
