"I noticed a noise from our unit one morning and I wanted to make sure it was working properly so I called Grande Air Solutions to come out for there HVAC services to help diagnose the issue. They were here within the hour. Brian was extremely helpful and assured me that it was infact a normal sound but also noticed our filter was installed wrong which he corrected. We spoke with him about our concerns with indoor air quality and he shared with us they had this product called Reme halo which can be quickly installed to clear the air of any pollutants and allergens/viruses that might be causing our congestion problems. Of course we were thrilled to find this out and very greatful for the advice and exceptional service we received. Thank you for your amazing work! Highly recommended."
