"They use subpar replacement screens that leave a horrible green cast in low light mode, and their screen protectors dont last more than a few hours. It's not worth the money. Went in for a screen replacement on my Samsung S22 and a screen protector. The back was shattered, too, but I plan on getting the s24 in a few months; I just need my screen to work. I was told $230 and 45 min. Okay, cool, no prob. Leave, come back 50 min later, I'm told 5 more min. Sure, fine, np. Another 30 min and 3 customers later, I'm again told just 5 more min. He comes out with my phone, looks fine. I ask for the screen protector that bumps it to 260. Sure, fine. I hand my card over. There's some grumbling about, "Don't I have cash? Now it's gonna be 290something after tax.... Im confused bc yeah? You have signs about "tax on all purchases matter what." I know this. It's not news, but weird that you point it out AFTER I pull out a trackable form of payment. I pay for it. I got a receipt texted to me. They not only charged me 10 more than they said (260+tax became 270+tx) but the after market screen is way worse in terms of sensitivity and quality to anywhere else I could have went AND the screen protector popped off hours later AND the back of my phone is worse than when I got there. I'm really disappointed considering this location seems to have been a staple here for some time. Just wait to upgrade or go to your reputable phone provider. I'm sure all the high reviews are for cash buyers and not for their quality of work."
