"This place is an absolute waste of time. Couldn't get to the repair at first. Came in at open the next day at 10. Was told to come back at 1:30 to get my phone. Came back and was told my phone was ready, but the approval for the screen had not gone through my insurance and would take at least another hour. Came back close to 3 only to be told the screen replacement was not approved through Samsung and I could wait until Tuesday or Wednesday to get the correct part in or I could take the phone and call my insurance to have it fully replaced. I chose to take my phone, since I need it for work and can't leave it at a shop for 2-3 days. He brought the phone from the back and the front screen was all taped up. I didn't understand why until I tried to turn the screen on. It was COMPLETELY shattered. What was a small crack in the corner was now a complete jumble of colors and cracks. When asked why my screen was now worse than I had brought it in, he stated that in order to get the screen off, the heat gun messes the rest of it up in the process. Why he started taking it off WITHOUT THE CORRECT REPLACEMENT SCREEN is beyond me. I left angrily, assuring him that I would be back if my next claim was denied due to his ineptitude. Save your monies and don't bother with this place. The male representative there was not pleasant at all and seemed to not care about anything."

"I had an older iPhone in rough shape. Autumn did a thorough exam and let me know what all needed to be done as well as a price breakdown. The price was more than fair and she was able to fix it up really quick. Autumn knows her stuff and is so sweet! This will definitely be my new go to repair shop for sure. Most satisfied with the top notch customer service and quality repair!"

"This place is a scam and I would absolutely not go here again. I cracked the rear camera glass on my Pixel 7 after dropping it. When I took it in here, they said that in order to fix it, I needed to replace the entire back housing AND the battery for $350 total. They couldn't explain to me why the battery, which was functioning just fine, needed to be replaced, but assured me that it simply had to be done for new camera glass to be put in. I went to Austin Smart Phone Repairz to get a second opinion. They said the camera glass could be ordered and replaced by itself (no need to replace the back housing or battery), and that it would cost $50 for parts and labor. I just got it back from them and the camera works great again. They did the same work literally for 1/7 of the price that uBreakiFix would have charged me."

"This place is Amazing the people there where fantastic. Some of the best customer services i ever had. They help me fix my girlfriend phone and recover the dated for a transfer to a new phone. The employee Autumn was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.Took great care of me and my girlfriend and was very Patient and understanding with us. If any one comes here ask for Autumn she is such a delight. 10 out of 10 in all Is categories."

"Did a screen and back glass replacement. Best price I could find, competed work ahead of promised delivery. By an hour. Took the care to knock me in the head and make sure my next stop was to get a better case and not be dumb. So far, quality work. To top it off, when I was paying, I realized the charge was $100 less than quoted. They had made an error in charing $0 for the back glass repair. Instead of making me wait for some overly complicated process to fix the charge. They ran a 2nd charge at a heavily discounted rate to make up for a 2min delay and for being honest. Good human quality also, smart business practice. Also why u even took 3 min to leave a review. In a perfect world I will never have to call them again. In reality I could break this phone 10 seconds from now and will give them my business again"
