His recommendations were thoughtful and reasonable - I trust him and the service I received. He went above and beyond! He even called before my appointment from the gas station and offered to grab something for me which was thoughtful and made the whole interaction comfortable and friendly - something super important to me as a woman living alone. Jose is the best and I will continue to work with SALT!"

"Jason and Yolanda came out to help install a new ceiling fan in our primary bedroom that stopped working suddenly. They were kind, thorough and efficient. During installation, they found some errors that a previous electrician made and fixed them. We now feel safer knowing those issues were addressed. "I chose SALT because they had fantastic reviews. The salesperson, Justin, was great. $6800 of work later... I've had a number of issues like delayed service, several miscommunications over the last few months, and now the kicker: After they finished updating my main panel, I got a call at 8:30 PM on a Friday evening from a confused plumber from SALT saying that the electricians damaged the outside faucet by the main panel - and now he has to fix the leak - and by the way, can you turn off the water for over 100 units with the snap of your fingers? I have to question the smarts and experience of this plumber if he thinks an individual condo owner can somehow turn off the water for an entire complex. On top of all that, he hung up on me when I was trying to do a three-way call with the condo association's emergency maintenance line. I can't reach him anymore because he called through the company's main number - which is now closed for the weekend. In short, this so called plumber freaked me out late on a Friday night, told me he needed to solve the problem tonight, and then provided no way to call him back. I'm living in another state and have no way to check on the property - and am really nervous about what my realtor will discover when he visits the property over the weekend. I wish I could have said I had a great experience with this company. I was actually willing to pay more for the peace of mind, but that's not at all what I experienced. I WOULD NEVER WORK WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN. THEY DON'T HAVE THEIR ACT TOGETHER!"
