"I met Steven some time ago. He repaired one of my cars back in 2010. That was before he had kids and started a family. He was a fair and thoughtful guy back then. I've been lucky to dodge the hail storms in Austin for over a decade now, but last year's hail storm got me. I like his new shop and location. I always get busy in summer and fall so this winter seemed like a great time to repair my hail damage. I called him and he told me to come in the next day. He worked with my insurance company and got the additional damages approved. He kept in touch. When I picked up the vehicle he pointed out some door dings that he repaired and some scuffs he polished out. I don't know what his service is like during the busy season but from what I hear it it's the same. Hail dings happen but then there's Dingz Happen"

"I had some scheduling issues which are mostly understandable but the sales guy made some promises he apparently shouldn't have. The car looks good and it was an intense job so I'm happy with the end result. Update: Steven tried to make things right, I don't usually update my reviews but it's not the owners fault the sales guy didn't give accurate information so I'm changing from 4 to 5 stars."

"I went here for a few door dents in my Q50 from careless people in parking lots. I had planned to work while waiting, but instead had good conversation and watched while they fixed about 7 dents in 30 minutes. The gentleman who performed the work is incredibly talented and fixed one right on the door crease as well as another dent that wasn't properly fixed by a different location. Thank you so much for the excellent service, my car looks great!"
