"Poor customer service. Was told over the phone I didn't need appointment but was given a good time to come in. Rude man at counter said he couldn't fix phone today (even though I came at the time given) and I would have to come back tomorrow - I tried to set a good time with him there in the store except he refused to let me schedule a time. If I had an Iphone he would allow me to set an appointment but I could not because I have an android. Cost of repair also grew from what was quoted over the phone and what the man told me in store by $100. Wish I had seen these other reviews before I went."
"I forgot to make this review when I took my sons tablet here but I was just changing his case out and I just remembered how horrible of a job they did when replacing screen the tablet was brand new in a case but the screen was cracked from my son stepping on screen the iPad it self had no scratches when they returned the iPad it was completely scratched from them trying to pry the screen off such a disappointment I would never go back here! Also the button on the iPad seems very loose since they “fixed” the screen"
