"Found this company on the Angi app. Never used them before. No sooner than I pressed the “request a quote” button, Brett was calling me. Talk about hustling for business. The servicemen, Aaron and Rocky, were great. They arrived on time, fixed my plumbing issue quickly, and did a quality check to make the issue was fully addressed. Price was what I expected so there was no “sticker shock.”"
"Recently called Mr. Rooter to investigate clogged drains in my house. Discovered that there were roots in my sewage piping and they cleared them out, as well as replaced the toilets. Mr. Rooter plumbers were knowledgable and were able to assist when I had a follow-up emergency with my sewage drainage. All of the technicians and the manager were helpful and answered all of my questions. Giving four stars instead of five because their website advertised 24/7 emergency support, but their call center was unavailable to assist me when I called them late at night. However, customer service from Brett and his technicians was top-notch to ensure that I was taken care of."
"They charged me over $600 to just drain the water from a clogged sink that they were apparently unable to unclog… and wanted to charge an extra $800 plus to cut a hole in my wall to install an extra clean out. I called another company and they had it unclogged in no time, without having to install an extra clean out. I called Mr. Rooter to make them aware of the situation, and the fact that their technicians charged way too much for no more than they did, and was told the manager, Brett would call me back. Needless to say, I have yet to hear from them. I will NEVER call Mr. Rooter again. Update: Brett, the manager called me and was able to make things right with a full refund. He said he would take my experience and use it for training and review. I appreciate his generosity in this situation."
