"Marc, from Plumb Docs, came out to see why our water heater wasn’t working. After having our roof replaced, he discovered the water heater vent wasn’t hooked up at all. It was pumping carbon monoxide into our attic for years. Once that was fixed, he was able to repair the water heater. Not only did he give us hot water…he literally saved my families lives. The prices were more than fair and the work was completed very fast. The Plumb Docs have earned us as customers for life. Thank you doesn’t come close to my appreciation for Marc, and this company."
"Insinkerator Badger trash disposal was leaking. Unit was 11+ years old; it was time. Called up the docs and needed it expeditiously because my tenant was moving in the very next morning. They sent muh man, Josh, over and he was brilliant. Walked me through the diagnosis and required solution. Got all that was needed from his van, showed me what thorough repair/replacement experience is supposed to be like. Thanks a ton, Josh! The entire thing was most definitely on the pricey side but it needed to be done. I had no other viable options and was literally in the 11th hour. This Badger should last another 10+ years, hopefully. I highly recommend Plumb Docs and if you want a best-in-class experience, ask for Josh!!"
"Installed faulty shower pan, dodged calls for months, then provided inadequate response to resolve issue. Would recommend for basic work, but avoid them for any difficult / non-basic work."
