"Cannot say enough good things about this particular repair store. I had a nightmare of a time trying to get an appointment scheduled through the tmobile insurance chat (they set me up with a shop that was closed, I discovered after driving an hour out of my way on Christmas eve in the pouring rain) and then the chat was closed for 2 days for the holidays. The chat agent also didn't explain the shop would need 2 hours to repair my phone so I showed up for my appt an hour before they closed and after explaining all that I had been through and that I work the same hours that they are open, the manager said he would stay open late to get it done and their repair specialist Josh had it done within an hour and 10 min. They were so kind and understanding, I would recommend this store location to anyone! Professional and so understanding and kind."
