"Batteries Plus did a great job fixing my shattered iPhone screen/dreams. The repair was quick and painless unlike the glass shards on my phone screen. There is a $10 off coupon on their website if you schedule an appointment online, which softens the blow a little. It was less expensive than buying a new phone, that’s how I rationalized it. My husband says this is my Anniversary present. Would highly recommend!"
"I had a bad experience here a few years ago when a young guy charged me $5 for installing a battery in my watch. The point that was annoying was that the person didn't tell me there was a charge for installation (which I could do myself). I needed to get a cracked iPhone screen replaced and was hesitant to go there again, but they had a pretty good price online with a $10 off coupon so I decided to give the store a second chance. Super nice young man Jeff, was quick, knowledgeable and nice. He explained everything ahead of time. Fixed it in less than 30 minutes and was just great. Thanks to him, I've changed my mind and will use this store again. Certainly I recommend them for phone repairs."
