"Owner Lisa Guzman knowingly and unethically charges for electrical services not performed. I had a project with an estimate outlining 5 hours of electrical services (at $175/hr). John (who is awesome, by the way!) completed the project in 4 hours and the bill was paid. The next day I spoke to Devonne, the Business Manager, who agreed to refund 1 hour of electrical services not worked and stated she would place a check in the mail but first needed to check with the owner. Lisa Guzman called me and refused the request. She was condescending to the point I had to ask her to quit insulting my intelligence. So, use caution if you are looking to complete a mid to large size project—based on the way I was treated by Lisa Guzman, you will likely be charged for electrical services you did not receive."
"We got a next day appointment for our very worrisome scorched GFCI outlet. Our electrician arrived first thing and took care of that plug and a couple of other problems within an hour. Highly recommend! (Since I wrote this review we've had 2 more great experiences. ATX installed new outlets for a garage conversion, and trouble-shot and replaced some "smart" switches that had lost their minds....) Still Highly recommend!"
