I’ve called twice, left a message and sent an email. I would expect this to take if they were doing the repair. But to not even have a diagnosis AND not respond. Seems fishy."

"My wife went here to have a battery replaced in her iPhone and initially was told $125.00, when she questioned the price the manager dropped price to $105.00. She left went across the street to Gadget MD ( HEB strip center on Kingwood Dr. ) and had new battery installed for $54.00. Draw your own conclusions."
"Went for a hinge replacement…came back with a failed drive. Said they ran a diagnostic and the drive had failed. This was not at all in their scope of work. Oh, and now the screen falls out."
