"Came in to get a fridge chose this over Home Depot cause online it looked like it would be installed faster paid 200 dollars more for same fridge made sure they knew the install was on the second floor and that the sales guy noted it. When they came to deliver it they said they needed a bigger team for 2nd floor and that they would call and reschedule it for a later date that they could not give me today. This is not acceptable. I had to schedule time off for this install and paid a premium to get it faster. And now you can’t even give me a date today. Meanwhile I have to eat out until I get a fridge. And they called me back to tell me that they could call me back in a few days once the fridge gets back into the warehouse to schedule a new install… that is not good service"

"AMAZING! Car stereo install dept of geek squad. I have a 2020 rav 4 and this team took extra care of my car and extra time to get what I needed installed. They did it professionally, meaning you could not tell the dash and side panels, rugs, were removed. They stayed late to make sure every detail was fine tuned and showed me the work done and tested the system out with me present. This team is superb and deserves kudos and a raise! It is clear they love what they do and it shows! They even worked out the best deal for me and took care of me as if I was a family member. Give them a raise best buy!!"

"I thought for a longtime that Best Buy is the place to go buy tech. I was wrong!!! I bought a PIONEER AVH-4201NEX radio for my truck and they recommended geek squad installation. Parts and installation fees cost as much as the radio itself but that's cool with me because I liked the touchscreen radio. When I went to Geek Squad Auto tech Bay for the first time for installation, after about an hour, the guy said that the harness I got is not compatible so we had to order another. I thought that was fine as people do make mistakes. I told the guy to go through everything and make sure all are compatible. He said everything else is fine. So I got another appointment after two weeks. When I went there for the second time, after two hours of juggling, the guy told me that the replacement dashboard is not compatible and the one that's compatible cost about $300. It's about a month since I bought a stereo and at that point I felt like geek squad has no idea what they are doing. So I decided to return everything and get my money back. I was thoroughly disappointed by this experience."
