"Highly recommend this Westheimer location! The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They explained the process thoroughly. It's an genuinely HONEST business. What sets this UBreakIFix apart is that it's independently owned, so their policies differ from the corporate stores. Unlike others, they don't hit you with a $40 "diagnostic" fee if the repair isn't successful. You only pay for the part if the repair works out, making it a fair deal. I am so glad I repaired my Pixel 5A phone screen with them. They were able to fix it within an hour (same-day pick up)! Some stores told me it would take a few hours. They also asked about my phone's warranty, letting me know that Google could have covered the repair if I was under warranty – something not mentioned at other UBIF locations. Certified with Google, offering authentic parts, plus a 1-year warranty on the screen with great customer service– I couldn't be happier!"
"First time there yesterday. My Samsung Galaxy S22 was showing there was moisture and debris when I would charge in my car. Called and spoke to Jose. He told me to stop by and he would see what he could do.. He took my phone and I could hear him using a fan or something. And right there everything is working perfect.. "This place is fantastic and a wonderful place to be knowledgeable about. From the clean store to the supportive and knowledgeable staff such as John, dre -drake and (my apologies the guy with the unapologetic long dreads forgot his name) they worked very well to insure that all of my questions were answered. They fix phones or any device tht you may need without respect in less than an hour. Definitely recommend as top cellular hospital!"
