"They can fix your broken phone screen. Overall this place is more expensive another nearby options by a factor of 2. Inexplicably they refused to honor the price that was quoted when I made the online appointment. This happened to me twice. Both times I was charged $20 more than the quoted price. I guess they figure that once you're standing there in store with a broken phone you have limited leverage. When I handed them they printed appointment and quote, they told me I could go somewhere else if I didn't want to pay the new price. They're free to establish whatever pricing they want, but the experience of being upcharged when you're already frustrated about a broken screen is unpleasant."

Without scheduling an appointment, I was able to visit the store, chat with the technician and drop off my device to have it repaired. A few hours later and I received an email letting me know that the job was done. The repair was fast. Service was great. The insurance covered the cracked screen!"

"I cracked my phone screen a week and a half ago and put in an insurance claim with my phone company (Verizon) which directed me here. Everything went great and very quick! I would recommend letting people know ahead of time that no walk ins after 5pm for certain phones because I had to come back the next day but other than that, everything was smooth and I am so grateful for my new phone screen! Very professional and friendly folks; literally my phone was completed within 2hrs max."
