"They can fix your broken phone screen. Overall this place is more expensive another nearby options by a factor of 2. Inexplicably they refused to honor the price that was quoted when I made the online appointment. This happened to me twice. Both times I was charged $20 more than the quoted price. I guess they figure that once you're standing there in store with a broken phone you have limited leverage. When I handed them they printed appointment and quote, they told me I could go somewhere else if I didn't want to pay the new price. They're free to establish whatever pricing they want, but the experience of being upcharged when you're already frustrated about a broken screen is unpleasant."
