"Brought my PC in that was getting a blue screen error issue. They ran a diagnostic on it. It turned out my hard drive was bad. They schooled me on a better, faster, and more reliable hard drive for the same price. My PC is significantly faster than before. Also educated me on some of the other components on my PC without trying to upsell anymore products. The guys working there are knowledgeable and professional. I definitely recommend them and will use them for any future issues or if I decide I want them to build me a custom PC."

"They picked up my laptop. This is a big deal for me. ($20 each way) I spilled some soda on the board which resulted in sticky crunchy operation. They replaced the keyboard and voila My day is better! This would have been 5 stars but for a couple of glitches that I'm not sure they had anything to do with. They said the repairs would be three to four days. It was 13. Now, per the Houston Chronicle, the USPS is have SERIOUS delivery issues on the north side of town (us) and I never could get the +Technology progress tracking app to work."

"I will give my most honest input: I am overjoyed with the service of Positive Tech! The LCD of my laptop became damaged one morning which prompted an anxious experience for me. Upon looking up Positive Technology in a quick google search, I contacted them and in 10 minutes I received a professional reply. I wanted more information about the reparations the laptop needed, price, location, time etc. and they were very quick and genuine with their responses. The communication alone deserves 5 stars, but that was not the most satisfying part of this service. Positive Technology offers pick-up and/or drop-off at such a good price (on top of the good overall price), they sent me an invoice, so I knew exactly how much I was paying before the service was made, and for a small team, they communicate efficiently and patiently with you. Upon picking up my laptop, they sent me a code to track the repairs of my device which only took 31 hours (they have a max. of 2 business days) from the time of the pick-up to the drop off (other customers claimed it was a faster process for them, so I am sure it would have been faster, but you have to consider all factors). Even the paying methods were considerate to every type of customer! I am typing this in the laptop they just dropped off lol and I am very happy to the point I saved the number as a contact already despite not being the type to break devices.
