"I called them about 5 different times and they won't answer the phone! & When someone did answer. He said HE called the wrong number like 4x times and I was calling him! I did get somewhere else to get the service done & if you need to know where you can email. But this is a real review. I literally live right here too but our car isn't working to go there. I have AAA. But if they don't even answer the phone. Why would I waste it going down there for them to not answer the door..."

"Took my vehicle in to have transmission fixed. They charged me to rebuilt it almost $2k , took a week to fix exactly a year ago (warranty 1 yr) Transmission in the shop again , but took it to a place I should've took it to before . The guy was very informative at Hwy 6 Transmission , he wanted me to wait a little so we could look at the transmission , and we found that the torque converter was the original one that was on and I specifically asked the guy at Alpha if that would be replaced in the rebuild and he said it would. I wouldn't recommend Alpha transmission . The guy at Hwy 6 transmission is putting a totally rebuilt transmission with all new gears , seals and torque converter plus servicing the rear differential for $1800 and it'll be ready the same day"

"This place deserves no star they will keep your truck and not do anything to it my truck has been there and nothing was done a dog chewed up my wiring to to my transmission and chasis. They scammed people for there money"
