He took the time to thoroughly explain the issue with my AC condensation drain and walked me through every step of the process. "Arrived on time, quick, knowledgeable, though pricy service. They charge a modest $45 fee due to fuel cost increase. They sent Yanis (a Master plumber) to evaluate and replace a broken leaking plastic ball valve and replace and relocate an improperly located pressure reduction valve in one visit. Yanis showed considerable knowledge and spent time explaining the repair and best practices. Whole job cost $1080 and took about 2 hours. Did a great job cleaning up too. Of the 2 hrs, waited 30 minutes for someone to drop off parts. Edit: Price was actually on the high side after researching parts installed. Parts was about $200 so paid about $350-400/hr for labor but Yanis was knowledgeable."
"Need to get my line fix for my well system, the price was good , and the job was GREAT all done in one day, the head plumbers was YANEZ, he was very knowledgeable ......the nice thing was this guy Yanez knew what he was doing the whole time......if I ever need any plumbing work done I will call DYZ Plumbing and ask for Yanez"
