"832 serviced our fireplace and chimney on January 2, 2024. Scheduling was very easy and their availability matched perfectly with our holiday break schedule. Even with a four hour arrival window, the technicians showed up during the earlier part of the time estimate; a huge plus right there! They were both very courteous to my husband and I, and they were very mindful to be careful around our furnishings, carpet and rugs. They were even patient with my two nosey and noisy pups. After an initial inspection of the exterior and interior, we were given several options for proper cleaning and the repairs that were needed to enjoy safe use of our fireplace. Our goal was to keep safety first, while staying within our fixed income budget. Mind you, our chimney and fireplace had not been cleaned or inspected in 15 years; we don’t use it very often but the maintenance schedule has been neglected nonetheless.
