"Fantastic company. I woke up Sunday with no ac and was appalled. It's been over 100 degrees every day for weeks. I called and got their emergency tech Louis and he came out immediately, diagnosed the problem and Monday morning, called to advise me that he had checked and the part was available and under warranty. The office called me and made an appointment and then when Louis was able to come sooner, they called me every 30 minutes to update. I don't remember the names of the women in the office, but they are stars and everyone I dealt with is a credit to the company. Highly recommended."
