"I’m currently selling my vehicle so I brought It in for a pre purchase inspection. They were clearly all friends and already knew eachother. They said I’d have to pay around $1500 in repairs because my axel was messed up (it is around $300 at a mechanic) As I refused the offer and got back in my car, my check engine light was on (which has never been on, ever) because they kept trying to get a read at my system. I almost went back inside but they completely closed shop after I got in my car. The guy didn’t even wanna give me my key back until they closed because I’m guessing they realized what had happened and wanted to close before I could complain. Embarrassing, dishonest scam artists. Leaving zero stars should be an option."

"The staff at Meineke are amazing. They are quick, thorough, and absolutely will not try to upscale anything you don't absolutely need. During the final oil change at the dealership for our van, the tech told us the brakes needed to be replaced. I was at Meineke with another vehicle, and asked them to take a look. They said absolutely not, they had at least 20,000 miles left on them. For after-warranty care, I only trust the Meineke at W Bellfort and S Kirkwood."

"Paid $1,149.90 for 4 new tires and alignment. The valve steams were not replaced they used the same weights or didn't balance the tires. Left the wheels dirty. Aired up tires at 50 psi when it tells you on the door the correct pressure is 35 psi. Disappointed the job was not done correctly. Would not recommend anyone to go there."
