"Our silver Jeep Grand Cherokee had some extremely deep, black scratches located on the back bumper that couldn't be buffed out. Chuck and Robert were extremely helpful about explaining the process of how they could fix it, and informed us that if they had to remove a certain part, the cost would be extra (we appreciate getting a heads up about that). They also warned us that due to the weather, there may be a slight delay on when our vehicle would be ready. On the day they said it would be ready, we were happy to hear that it was. The bumper looks fantastic - you can't even tell there were ever any scratches/light dents there. If we ever need any kind of work like this again, we know we've found the place where they'll do the job right!"
