"Hartford has done a lot of work for us. We live in a home build in the mid 60's, back when they used cast iron pipes buried under the slab foundation. Twice Hartford has had to dig under the house to fix rusted out pipes. Did an excellent job both times. Of course they have done several lesser jobs for us over the years. They stand behind their work and are pleasant doing so. Once we needed a part for an old bath faucet which was not commonly available. They tracked down a manufacturer who claimed to make them. The part was replcced but soon broke. Hartford worked with the manufacturer to make one that works. Took them several trips to get it right but they did, all under the original warranty. Thet's the kind of people they are."
"Hartford Services have been taking care of my air conditioning, heater, and plumbing needs for the last 20 years. Recently, my A/C motor went out with the temperature was 105 deg F, Hartford sent a technician out and fixed the problem within 2 houts. Very professional and helpful people."
