"I called Rosenberg Garage Door repair my garage door wouldnt open. Aviv came out and told me the spring was broken and quoted $1500, I was shocked. He said the garage door showed installed when home built 2006 and it was original spring and its old. I told him i couldnt afford $1500, he went down to $1200, cant afford that either at this time. He asked me if i had cash oe Zelle pay him $1000 (not tax).I asked what ifi pay with credit card he replied it would be tax included and 3% fee. Now I'm leery, I inquired why his truck didnt have a company decal. I agreed to Zelle him. He began the work and i called around while he was doing the work and was told that was a rip off (from $1500-$1000). I went out and told Aviv of my findings and he agreed to $800. Replacing the spring took him 30minutes and $800-UNBELIEVABLE!!! Started out $1500 then down to $800, probably $400. I paid Aviv $800 then he asked for a tip. WTHeck!!! You just ripped off a senior citizen. I plan on reporting this business to the Fort Bend County Better Business. BEWARE!!!"
