"They do good job but I don’t understand why I should always wait? Last visit ( by appointment) I left my car for 4 hours ( oil change and some little issues) and when I came back they just started to work with my vehicle. OK I waited only for 30 mins but why then I took that appointment. If I wasn’t there it doesn’t mean they shouldn’t work with my car. This made me upset"

"My appointment was scheduled for 12:20 pm and I arrived a little early. My service advisor was not in since I was early but another processed me in with a smile. I was there for an air bag recall and actually expected to be told a part needed to be ordered and I would have to come back. Imagine my pleasant surprise when I was told they ere working on it and it should be ready soon. I believe I was there slightly over an hour and left with the recall complete."
