"At first I didn’t trust jiffy lube since I heard it was overpriced, so I gave it a shot. The Men here are very friendly and communicate very well to you so you can understand what is needed for your car. They try their best to give you the best price for the work being done. They also do thing’s extremely fast and even throw in a quick vacuum and wipe of your windows. For a girl not knowing anything, I sure felt well informed and trusted the work they did for both of my vehicles, my mom in laws, and my moms."

"I went in to get my oil topped off explaining to the young man there that my oil light was flashing on and off (remind you that it’s not even time for my next oil change yet) but I felt comfortable to come here because I’ve never had issues here before and they always assist me with no problems, the shortest young man there approached me rudely out of nowhere not even a hello saying we told you already to not come back up here you need a oil change etc etc so I say sir you must have me mistaken for someone else, I said sir I’m not even due for an oil change so no one has told me nothing, he walks away and goes to the computer, all of a sudden a tall White guy comes with oil to top me off handing me a sticky note with his number on it calling himself Byrd “Bird” side hustling me while at work asking me to come to him to fix a leak he thinks I’m having… very unprofessional because the guy didn’t know who I was to even boldly approach me comfortably like he did. A couple days later I returned to the location requesting another top off, this time I was approached by a Hispanic guy who stutters which now he approaches me explaining policy about the top off, so I ask to speak with Byrd “Bird” he comes over and now he’s rude about helping with the top off but just a couple days ago you wanted me to bring my car so you can work on it on the side lol I politely drove away not getting any help from this location I am very disappointed at the actions took in this situation and they could have just helped me I was alone, I’m not a mechanic so I came for help. What was wrong in helping me regardless of the amount of top off I was a regular consistent customer looking for help. I would not have wrote a review if the Sugarland location manager Johnathan would have had someone from regional or district call me back like I was told, up until today no one has called me back. At this point I don’t care for a phone call back I just want you guys to know what happened and why your old regular consistent customer will not be returning back to Jiffy Lube locations. Be advised, when I would go to the Lake Jackson location I never had a bad experience there they were there to help, great customer service."

"My 1st jiffy lube stop (oil change) it was done in 20 min. I have a 2022 Ram and can have free oil changes at the dealership, but it always takes 2 plus hours and half the time non of the fluids are topped off. They were professional, polite, and did an amazing job. I will go back again and again."
