"Stellar service! Fixed our mower in a reasonable time period for a reasonable price. Staff was pleasant and professional, and made sure the mower was thoroughly tested to ensure that it was fixed. Facility is clean and the store attractive. There are places closer to our house, but the service here was much better. Highly recommend."

"My business with Action and Eric was for warranty service needed. Not surprisingly, Eric told me that the part I needed was not covered. So time passes, the part comes in, and Ryobi to their discredit did not include the guide wheel. Eric had briefly explained how to put the old wheel onto the new part. I had no luck finding a video and was stumped. A call to Eric and I was on my way to Action for his offer to take a look. He quickly replaced the wheel onto the new part and I was on my way with no charge. I have gone through this tedious process of dealing with companies for warranty work and Eric runs a smooth flowing operation. He puts the details out there for the customer and makes things very clear."
