"We have a five year old Carrier A/C that never has worked right so we called Temper Mechanical. They responded quickly since they work seven days a week when weather warms up. Getting them here was no problem and no extra cost involved on the weekend. The techs were very conscientious and communicated with us on the progress of the job since they were also dealing with Carrier. Isaac handled the replacing of the damaged condenser unit and also corrected a couple of things that may have led to the part failing. In case you're wondering, the unit was installed by the builder, not Temper Mechanical. Temper guaranteed their labor for a year which seems perfectly reasonable to me. The price? Well, I'm a firm believer that good work isn't cheap and cheap work isn't good. The price was reasonable considering the work to be done. It was a lot cheaper than replacing the entire unit which was the next option. All in all I rate these guys 5 out of 5 stars."
