"The good news is that my phone screen is usable. The bad news is that it's a Chinese knock-off and doesn't work properly. The worst news is the fact that he blatantly kept lying to my face whenever I told him the screen seemed laggy. It was clearly laggy and I asked you repeatedly 4 times if it seemed laggy to you, and you want to look me in my eyes and straight up lie each time and say "It seems perfectly fine, I have never had an issue in 7 years." With your "professional experience" it should have been CLEAR AS DAY it wasn't performing up to speed. You as an "engineer" should also know how things work in the real world and that quality control is a big issue at times especially with stuff coming from China. It is a Samsung S20FE which runs at 120Hz. I don't care if you used Chinese parts to fix my screen as long as it performs up to standards. I've used my phone for 2 years, I know what it is supposed to look and feel like. You then wanted to tell me you can get me a refurbished OEM Samsung screen for an additional $80, which I had no issue with, because I told you that people would rather get it fixed the right way the 1st time than have to deal with stuff like this and having to pay things twice to get it done right. Here we are 2 days later, I tried calling you about getting the screen fixed again but I will just be paying BestBuy to do it for the same price with the original new screen, not a Chinese trash or "refurbished". Thanks for the 10% off and good luck with your business."
