"Unfortunately I’m not able to rate this place 0 starts. Save yourself the headache and find a different place to trust. NYE I was promised my phone repair would be done within 2-3 hours. My phone was dropped off at @ 1pm I was never contacted, and when I contacted the owner at 4:30 he told me there was an issue and my phone wouldn’t be able to be picked up until the following morning. I was not comfortable with that as this was initially thought to be a few hour process and with personal information being on my phone I told him I would come pick up my phone in whatever condition it was in and had no problem paying for the incomplete job that he has obviously incompetent of completing. I arrived to the shop 10 minutes after that phone call to a closed store. I called him nearly 30 times from 2 different numbers and I never got a response. I contacted Richmond Police Department & the officer told me they get a call about this place more often than anything else. No clue how this guy hasn’t been taken to court and how this alleged business is still open. After nearly 24 hours I went back to get my phone which was a mediocre job for the price, glue residue all on the edges and I was handed a phone wrapped in rubber bands and was told to keep it that way for 3 MORE HOURS! The worst service ever provided."
