"Very good customer experience. I had an old tablet that looked like it would need repairs. He carefully inspected the tablet as we were standing there. After confirming that the problem was with the case holding the tablet instead of the tablet itself, he explained why he was certain that nothing was wrong with the tablet and showed us what to look for if something similar happened again. This was a truly free diagnosis, with no pressure to buy anything (and no "let's find something to charge the clueless customer for our time" baloney that I've encountered too many times elsewhere). This experience has created trust and I will definitely return with all future tablet and phone issues."

"DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! Communication is non-existent and has nightmare customer service. I dropped my daughter's phone (Pixel 6a) to have the screen fixed on Thursday 11/19. They needed to clear the warranty work with Google and said it could take a day or two. Which was fine. Friday came, no call, Saturday came I called and a lady told me they were waiting for a part, which I knew wasn't true because I saw the fixed phone on Thursday when waiting for Google. Monday came around I finally talked to a manager who admitted they were having issues with Google. So I contacted Google directly and they said they would just send me a new phone and to get the old one back with the damaged screen. I tried to call the next few days to get the phone back. No one ever answers, no one was there when I went by. It's now Thursday, they still have my daughter's phone. I've received the new Google phone by mail, but need the old phone to transfer. Over the last few days I've left voicemails, emails, and today had to call corporate. Spoke to a manager there and they can't get in touch with anyone from the location, tried multiple times. In today's society a teenager needs their phone for work, school, and social life. I don't like not being communicated with, and when they lied to me about the part was unprofessional. Keep the customer informed."
