"Unreasonable pricing for a cracked screen on a phone that still operated fine. The damage was not as extensive and I was quoted $355. When I came to pick it up I was told it would be more cause the price I was told was for refurbished parts and they didn't have those parts so they used more "upgraded" parts. I should have been notified of that before performing the service so I could decide for myself if I could pay the difference. Instead they did it without my consent and charged me the upgrade anyway. Unfair and unethical in my opinion."

The guys were nice and professional, and the whole process took less than 45 minutes. It was a little expensive, but it’s cheaper than getting a new phone. Now my phone doesn’t spend all day on the charger!"
