"Super friendly and same day service to get my son's iPad screen replaced. Only room for improvement would be to have another front desk person to assist, was kinda timely process to pick up device, but great service. Hopefully I don't have another broken device but if I do I'll be back."

"Shattered the screen on my iPad the other day. I contacted the AT&T store about it and they recommended the uBreakiFix store. The location off Bitters was the closest to me. So, I headed over with my badly broken damaged tablet in hand. I met with the technician who gave me a clear read on the costs that would be involved as well as the contact info for the insurance options that might be applicable given the situation. I chose to go with out of pocket as the deductible from the original coverage was identical to the cost of just doing it on my own. Part was ordered and came in within the earlier edge of the 3-5 day I had been told to expect. The store contacted me, I brought it in and the tablet was ready in 35min. Solid experience with this location."

"I'm not sure what I paid for was told it was factory reset. Phone wasn't it's locked to owner. Which is me but now I have to go to apple store to figure out how to reset phone. All because I forgot pin code. Waste of my time starting here. Disappointed because I was told they could do it. Was told one amount over phone. Then higher price when I took phone. Then told it was factor reset when it wasn't. Unable to trade phone in until I can get this figured out. Sad this has been a trusted place to go with my samsung flip phone for screen repair. Then I got apple phone and it's been hell! Very disappointed in service I received at this location. Sad because when I met own in person I was super impressed with him and forum location customer service. Bitter location has been a disappointment. Much longer repair time was told hour. When it was next day pickup after 5pm. Phone still locked to own, I stupid when it comes to apple software. But feel I just got played"

"These people are great. 2 times I've had to take my husbands phone in because he locked it up in some weird way. They fixed right then and even walked me through it so I could do it. I've also taken pretty much all my electronics one time or another. They fixed in a reasonable amount of time and at a reasonable cost. They have never made me feel like technically illiterate old woman I really am. Thanks again. And I'll be back"
