"My house was built with a Goodyear unit, lasted about 13 years before it went out. Called flo-rite over and they talked me into getting a bigger unit saying it would last longer. 4 yrs later, the blower motor goes out. When you call them you always get voice-mail and they don't call you back until 2 weeks have passed."

"Called them to replace ducts. The work should have taken a whole day and it was finished in about an hour. After their work one of the rooms was no longer receiving air. Had to call them back they sent same guys to fix work they didn’t do right in the first place and again the guys still did work quickly. I say quickly because the person I spoke to said the work would take about several hours. Even one of the managers who came over to check the work said he did not like the layout of ducts. They sent same guys and still not much progress was made. I called another company to check duct work, they said the layout that was used was an old method, not newer method used today for better air flow. I made really bad decision in calling these people, I should have just called the person I usually use but i got stupid. Definitely will not ever use this company again."
