"I called LG for dishwasher Pump issue and it was making noise while motor was running. LG gave me the list of three authorized technicians near me and Mastertek was one of them. I started calling them from the list and no one answered that late evening, but Jake did. I was so lucky to have him repair my dishwasher. He was very fast in ordering the motor from LG and as soon as it arrived in two days, he stopped by and replaced it without any difficulty. He is very knowledgeable and honest technician. My washer is now running very smooth without any noise at all for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Jake and his Mastertek services."
