"So, I called first and spoke with someone who answered all my questions. Surprisingly, the person on the other side of the phone not only exemplified extreme patience, she spoke clearly and had such a calming voice. When I decided to schedule the appointment and come in, I asked for the nearest shop from San Antonio downtown area, which happened to be this location on Austin Street. Once I got there, I was so thankful the location happened to be the one she worked at. I learned of her name, “Tara”! To make a long story short, this location and shop will take great care of you. "Went in thinking all I needed was a battery for my galaxy s4. Couldn't get a charge. Tara was very helpful but soon found out I needed a new charge port assembly. The whole operation took thirty minutes! I was back i business. Tara and fellow staff member Jeremy were fantastic and very knowledgeable on all products they sell and service. Do not hesitate to go there for your phone and battery needs."
