"I highly recommend Mojo Garage Door. In the April 2023 Texas hail storm my garage doors had small dents along the outside of both doors and my insurance company included it in the repairs. After getting 3 quotes from well-reviewed San Antonio businesses I decided to go with Mojo. Pricing was close, but the reasons I opted to have Moses (owner) do the work was 1) he was the only one who made time to show up and not just ask for specs and pics via email/text, 2) he thoroughly explained the process and was professional and courteous, and 3) his visit included a visual representation of how the chosen doors will appear via an app he interacted with. We went with a black color to match the new roof and trim color. We also decided to have windows as part of the new doors. Due to our selections the supplier was unable to fill the order for a few months, 3 months approximately. It seemed like these delays were more frustrating for Moses than to me as Moses was very apologetic and kept me updated when another delay was encountered by the supplier. When the doors finally came installation was scheduled and completed quickly. I told Moses to keep Carlos, the installer, happy because he was outstanding (quick, professional, knowledgeable). My wife and I both agree we should have had the doors changed years ago because 1) the windows provide natural light into the garage where we don't need to turn on the ceiling light, especially during the day, and 2) the insulation upgrade keeps the 100° heat and cold outside temperatures, well, outside. Our garage is a lot more comfortable in extreme temperatures. Thank you Moses and Carlos for a job well done. I hope I don't need your help in the future, but if I do you can be sure I will call Mojo for the job. Note: the pics show before and after appearance. "Moses saved the day when my garage door was not working properly. He arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem, my garage door springs needed to be replaced. He quoted me a fair price and had everything he needed in his van. He recommended some new end bearing plates as the existing ones had seen better days and nylon sealed rollers as the ones previously installed were made of a cheap plastic. After a quick installation, I was back in business and my door was quieter than before! I would definitely recommend Mojo Garage Doors for your garage door needs!"
