"Absolutely the worst! The warranty company scheduled them to repair our item. Never showed up...said they ordered parts...never arrived...waited over 2 weeks. I had to keep contacting them for an update. Finally, we cancelled them after over 2 weeks of wasted time."

"These people are extremely unprofessional. They are running a business out of their house they do not have any of their paperwork organized. I made an appointment with GE and they matched me up with this company. This Company contacted me twice the first time a woman spoke to me telling me my warranty is about to go up but I still would be covered by this service. I told her I just bought the washer a month prior that I had a whole year before the factory warranty was expired. Not only that this is a brand new washer that just came out this year and was not being sold last year. So she told me to contact GE and have them fix this GE looked in their system and said all of their stuff is correct and that it’s showing In warranty I just purchased it in June of this year. So I called back and spoke with the woman and let her know what GE said and she said that it should be fine anyways because in her system is showing me covered for the next two months so my service will be covered . Today I have a man contact me from appliance doctor and tell me that my warranty is expired And then I need to fill out paperwork to pay for the service after speaking to a woman from his company a week prior saying it would be covered on my service today he started to tell me the same thing she said that I needed to contact GE and I told him I already did he got angry and spoke over me and decided to hang up on me. If I could give them zero stars I would. This company is extremely unprofessional and a company that can’t even contact the manufacturer to get the proper paperwork together for their clients is very unprofessional unorganized . It should not be the Customer’s job to get the company’s paperwork and information for them. To make matters even worse I contact GE to let them know what’s going on and they told me to call them three-way so that they can speak with the company along with me so I do so and the man does not even decide to answer his phone."
