Honestly went with them just for price since our last guys seem to keep jacking up their price every time I call (we empty our tank every two years in hopes of taking stress off of a 38 year old septic). I always watch the tech do their job and noticed he was more thorough in cleaning the tank than our regular guys and it cost less! I call that a win! I will be calling them again in two years."

"We were having toilet issues and backups to the point of sewage back flowing through our shower drains. I was frantically calling every plumber and septic company I could at 4pm on a Friday to get someone out ASAP. Everyone was telling me Monday at the earliest which was not going to work for us due to obvious reasons. I was recommended to Apollo plumbing and Denise was extremely responsive and helpful, despite being booked the next day she got someone out to our ranch, (which is not an easy access) after hours when she could have easily just blown us off. The Tech Nate came out within 2 hours and was extremely helpful and got right to the issue. It ended up not even being a septic issue moreover a pipe blocking the flow. Nate helped us get the system working again and was in and out in under 2 hours. Nate explained the issues and was completely professional and amazing. Denise went even further to go above and beyond and because they could have charged us the original quote to fix the issue but because it was such a simple fix, she charged us less. We are very pleased with Apollo and will be using them again if we ever need any septic work. 10/10 would recommend."
