"Had 2 oil changes there Walmart is the cheapest place to get one, but the people that work there make you feel like you've gone to an expensive place"

"This has to be the worst service center on this planet. They will either lie to you, giving you a reason why they "can't" change your oil or they will mess up your vehicle. I will try my hardest to never ever go into another Walmart as long as I am alive. And if you like the way you vehicle runs I suggest you stay far away from this service center because if you let them touch your vehicle it will never run the same again."

"Horrible service! First they put the wrong oil in my car and then, when they changed it for the second time, they overfilled it by at least a 1/2 quart. They didn’t check my fluids and the technician had an attitude when i took my car back to have them take the excess oil out. They got oil on my leather seats and had the audacity to make snide comments about me while fixing their mistakes. I had to speak with store management to let them know that their auto service department had failed miserably and they didn’t seem too surprised. Management did give me a gift card for all the trouble, which I appreciate, but i will not ever take my car back there."

"Came here to replace the bulbs in my headlights. The wait time was going to be 2 hours because there were so many people ahead of me, but Raul (or is it Raol? I didn't ask the spelling, sorry!!) Popped my hood and popped the bulbs into my headlights in the parking lot. It was so inexpensive, and he took less than 20 minutes. Definitely coming back here for future auto care."

"Don't go here for service at all!! I went there for tire rotation and oil change. They are so improperly trained and careless that they cause $663.51 worth of damage. Bottom left of both pictures show damage, comment from employee admitting fault and proof. They also don't need to know anything about cars to work on your vehicle. When you confront the managers they become aggressive towards you and automatically deny any fault to damage even when you have a written statement from the employee admitting to causing the damage. I only get service at Walmart, I bought my tires there so it's free. Why would I go somewhere else that'd I'd have to pay."
