"I contacted Jim after having difficulty getting our desktop monitor to work. I had tried everything with no success and soon ordered a new monitor on Amazon. After getting it assembled and connected, I realized it wasn't the right size so decided to contact a computer repair service to see if the old monitor could be fixed. I found Jim thru a Google search and noticed he was local, so thought I would give him a try. He responded to my call promptly and I was able to schedule an appointment with him that week. He arrived on time and within 10 minutes had our old monitor working. He was so nice and even took time to help me disassemble the new monitor so I could rebox it and return it to Amazon.
