"The plumbers were very nice and professional, unfortunately the woman in the office was rude and very unprofessional. I'm 75 yrs old and have lost sensitivity in my fingers. They were here for less than 5 minutes, as he was able to retrieve the very tiny screw which had some how gotten in my disposal. He tried to get the woman to give me a discount, but she insisted on me paying the full price of $135. I will definitely NOT call them again, and plan to tell all of my neighbors not to either."
