"My system has been a bit problematic. Northside has always promptly sent good techs to my home. Today, they sent their best…Benjamin! He listened to me describe the problem. He went upstairs, located the problem, came and told me that I was right and there was indeed an issue. He spent about 40 minutes and swapped out the damper motor. We’re back in business. He fixed it, no muss, no fuss. I’m new to the area and I feel like I have found my heating and AC company. Thank you!"
