"We have a home warranty through AHS; affordable has been on our property two times and both experiences have been bad. The most recent time was today. We made the request yesterday first thing in the morning. They did came today, which made us hopeful it’d be fixed today. Affordable uses this tracking app to let you know the technicians arrival time which is nice, but not enough to make up for the poor service. The feels like temperature today is 110 & we already stayed one night without AC. When they arrived we had a wasp nest on the underside (by the hose) of the unit and we were willing to eradicate it immediately(had to find the wasp spray). My mom, who is 71 was there meeting them, asked the tech to wait while she handled it and he refused to wait per his boss. I spoke to the tech and he said there is nothing he can do.
