"I went to this place a couple weeks ago, and right off the bat the lady at the front was not friendly at all. I didn't get her name but based off other reviews her name might be Stacy. She was not helpful and was rude towards me when all I was asking was for help, literally for no reason. Don't know what her problem was. I was coming in to get my front screen fixed, as it was cracked. I had filed a claim through t-moblie and I already have a protection plan with them so I had already paid the small fee. All i had to was turn my phone in and come back, pick it and no extra charges should be added, as I already PAID. "Stacy" claimed I had to get the back of my phone fixed as well as the front, and claimed I couldn't just get my front screen fixed. I had been to this exact location about a year ago and never had this problem "claiming in order to fix the front they had to fix the back". She said I would have to pay an extra $89 to get the back fixed. So I said to myself this is not right, and I probably being scammed as she just was wanting to get money from me. I literally went to the CPR on preston, and had no issue them. Never once did they say I had to get the back of my phone fixed as well. Walked in and told them I just needed my front screen to be fixed, and came back picked it up, and did NOT HAVE TO PAY A DIME. It was so easy with the other location and had great customer service. Will not be using this location again. Terrible service."

"Had an iPhone 12 screen and back glass repaired here. Good people, shared the price upfront and got everything done on time, actually a bit earlier. The front staff was very knowledgeable, I hate it when I go to a car shop, for example, and the person checking you in is the "new guy" who has to go back and talk to a mechanic every time you ask a question. The lady upfront at CPR knew all the detail of the repair and parts etc, made it very convenient to talk to."

"I took my wife's phone in to see about having the cracked screen fixed. The person working said he didn't have the exact screen but could order one. He also stated that sometimes FedEx didn't come every day, so it might be a couple of days. The options were to pay a deposit and leave the phone, or pay for the screen in total. I chose to pay ahead since my wife needed her phone. The next day he called and said the screen came in, so my wife dropped her phone off on her way home from work. When we went back 2 hours later, the phone was fixed and looked brand new. I appreciate the honesty and the managed expectations. They under promised and over delivered. I'll definitely use them again if I need phone or tablet repairs. A plus customer service!"
