"I had VRoom slide problems on my RV trailer. Contacted Patriots RV and quickly received a phone call back from Roland Sheppard. In very much details, he went through multiple options and diagnosis via the Lippert Controller codes. Very detail and knowledgeable. Finally made an appointment for a date and time for service. On service date drove in and was met upon arrival in driveway. (Drove from Houston to Aubrey TX) Shortly thereafter (at appointment time) took unit into shop bay. "I had my roof coated with Aero Armor polyurea coating along with two Vroom slide upgrades. From the first phone call till I picked up the unit, I was constantly kept informed. When we dropped the rig off, Roland took the time to show me the difference between Schwintek and Vroom slide systems. The roofing tech showed me the procedure for the coating and prep work. Even during the process, if I had ANY questions, Roland would either answer my questions immediately or call or text back quickly. They were even prepared to winterize my rig should it become necessary as we had to wait for Vroom to ship. When I picked up my unit, I was able to test everything out and the staff was very patient with me. This is the way ALL RV service centers should be run. Lynn made sure everything was labeled properly (my cord and key) and was easy to deal with as well. No question was left unanswered. I would suggest, if you want to get your Schwintek slides replaced, plan in advance. It can take 2 to 3 months for Vroom to ship parts. This is NO reflection on Patriot, but a case of a superior product with only one manufacturer. To Roland, Lynn and all the staff at Patriot, may you enjoy alll future success."

"Just picked up our 2018, Palazzo, 33.2, from Patriots, had the Zroom system installed on our large slide, plus all new rollers, plus had them repairs a few other small issues, we had my steps repaired and, replaced an A/C unit. Great communication from Roland and his team, everytime I texted about something I had an answer within hours. I highly recommend Patriots RV Services, first class service!"

"I needed a replacement of my drive mechanisms for a full wall slide out on a 2017 Thor Aria 3901. Patriot RV Services was the only service company that would install the VRoom system on my 24 foot slide out. They were ready for work on my unit on the day that was promised, during the work on the full wall slide out a catastrophic failure occurred on the dinette/theater room slide out. They were able to repair both slide outs with only one extra day. In addition they replaced my generator exhaust pipe that had been damage by road debris while traveling from Georgia to Texas. Their staff were friendly and courteous and especially Roland took plenty of time to explain why the VRoom system was so much better and what defects had caused my slide failure. I would highly recommend Patriot RV Services for anyone wanting to have the VRoom system installed on their RV. The 1770 mile round trip was well worth the quality of service and customer care.
