"I took my 4 wheeler there last year and they had me pay $250 to diagnose the problem. They told me “we will let you know the problem by Wednesday or Thursday this was on a Saturday, ok cool.Three Wednesdays later still nothing, so I had to call them and get a little attitude going so they could jump on it and tell me what was wrong. So a week later they call me and say “ we found the problem it is some wiring issues and it will cost you $350 to fix or if you want us to fix it and do a tune up it will be $700”. By the way it is a 2022 so it didn’t need a tune up they just wanted to try and get $350 more. So, I said just fix it don’t worry about the tune up, they said ok it will be ready this afternoon, cool. We pick it up, take it home my son rides it for 20-30 minutes it cuts off and won’t start again. I call them to let them know what’s going on and they tell me to bring it back and they will take a look at it but there might be more charges,so I said screw that I already paid you $600 I’m not doing that. I take it to a certified mechanic in Grand Prairie dropped it off on a Saturday morning around 9:00 he called me back around 2:30 said the bike was ready and he said it had nothing to do with any wiring at all. And it’s been running since then with no issues at all. Wasn’t going to post a review since it’s already been awhile since I took it there but I was seeing there a couple of new reviews almost the same so I decided to let everyone know my experience. Thank you and if I ruffle any feathers I’m sorry but if you don’t want bad reviews be upfront and honest to your customers and do not take advantage of peoples time and money.."

"They got my Honda push mower running like a champ again in less than 2 days. I did feel it was a bit expensive ($175) but perhaps I'm out of touch with labor rates these days. Bottom line was they were very up front about pricing and I had other things to do and agreed for them to do the work. Don't confuse wanting to pay less with not being satisfied and getting solid service - I would (and will) take other equipment to them :-)"

"Great Service! This company answers their phones promptly, serviced a lawn mower in an hour, then called back right away. They even held the mower over night and didn’t charge extra nor for any unnecessary repairs or try to sell me anything. They even kept their word for pricing when they first gave me a lower price over the phone then in person. I was very impressed with the service. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone! I am definitely coming back."

"Brandon at Moss Performance is amazing. I have taken 3 power washers, a riding lawn mower, and he is building me a custom 3 wheeler. The guys in the shop are very knowledgeable, and have explained everything that needs to be fixed. Always gave me a price before hand, and delivered on promised deadlines, if the deadline wasn't going to be met he updated me. I drive all the way from Fort Worth, because Brandon is a stand up guy, knows what he is doing, and is fairly priced. I wouldn't take my equipment anywhere else to be repaired!"
