Bryan who works the front office is excellent and goes above and beyond helping you get the service you need. He has extensive plumbing knowledge. I have experience with all their plumbers as well. "Sprung a leak at water softener shutoff valve on Wednesday 1/17. Called and made appointment for Friday 1/19 ETA 11:00-1:00. Will arrived 1 hour early and had the leak fixed and my water running again within 1/2 hour. Extremely grateful for prompt and reasonably priced repair service. I HIGHLY recommend Lewisville Plumbing Service. (All of this done with temps below freezing!!)"
