And only replaced the batteries to the Flood Stop device that had gone dead! Excellent service, very courteous and polite and TRUSTWORTHY. "These guys are helpful, quickly diagnosing the issues they were called out for and then getting the work done, leaving no mess and so incredibly polite and kind - these two plumbers that came out today are tops in my book. I would not hesitate to have either of them work on the next issue that arises, though you’ll understand that I hope nothing else comes up… but if it does, I know who to call. The repair today - the main one, anyway - was a water supply valve in the laundry room that had become impossible to turn off due to hard water mineral deposits. They tested a couple different fixes based on our current hot water setup and offer several different solutions at varying price points. "This is our second experience with CR Plumbing and both have been excellent. This time they were able to come out on very short notice and reposition our kitchen gas line to accommodate the installation of a new gas range. Every place else I called couldn't come out for two weeks. CR made it in two days, AND came out after 5pm and got the job done right in less than two hours, all at a reasonable price. Now we won't have to delay our new range installation, which we are pleased about. Nathan was very personable and professional and the end result was exactly what I wanted.
